Co-Sponsorship of Conferences Organized by the
International Institute of Informatics and Systemics (IIIS)
For about 20 years sponsorships of the conferences organized by the International Institute of Informatics and Systemics (IIIS) were limited to non-financial ones. For the spring and summer 2024 conferences financial sponsorship will also be available. Proposals for both non-financial and financial co-sponsorship might be sent to iiis@iiis.org
The way of providing non-financial support and its potential benefits are listed below. (Other suggested means of non-financial support will also be considered).
The following kinds of organizations are eligible for no-financial sponsorship
- Academic, scientific or professional organizations/associations sponsors
- Corporative Sponsors
No-financial sponsorship might be provided by means of at least one of the following ones:
- Providing reviewers for the submissions made to the conference (or the event), in the case of academic or professional organization and corporation with research or innovations organizational unit(s)
- Helping in the promotion of the conference.
- Identifying potential additional co-sponsors.
- Identifying potential participants.
- Organizing one or more invited sessions.
- Chairing or co-chairing sessions in which at least one professor, teacher, researcher, professional, practitioner, etc. of their organization is presenting an article that were accepted for its respective presentation.
- Other kind of no-financial support that the co-sponsor might suggest.
Benefits for the Co-Sponsor:
- Acknowledgement of the organization’s sponsorship, with its logo and a link to the sponsor’s website, displayed on the conference website, as well as in the websites of the events being organized in its context
- The name of the organization will be listed in the conference program and in its proceedings.
- A desk for showing the products and/or services that the organization provides and a complementary registration for the person appointed to attend the exhibition table, or
- A brochure to be inserted in the conference bag for those organizations that cannot appoint a person to attend the exhibition desk.
- Other possible benefit in which the organization might be more interested.
